The Small Print


We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover through PayPal®-a very SECURE way of paying over the internet.  We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express through Square.  We do not provide in-house credit, nor do we ship COD.

Please read our shipping and return policies.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS:  All orders will be packed with care and shipped in padded envelopes or standard boxes depending on size of items.

ALL IN-STOCK ORDERS:  All orders are shipped within 2 business days.  We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.  If it's a large order, we will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on where we get the best rate.  We charge actual shipping charges.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process, so make sure you have the correct address.  If they are returned to us due to a bad address, you will need to pay the shipping charges again in order for us to send out a second time.

SHIPPING RATES:  Shipping charges are calculated automatically through USPS or UPS.  We weigh each item in the box with the packing materials and enter that information under each item.

We will select the carrier that is the most economical to send your order.  (USPS or UPS).  We ship from Mercer, PA.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?:   We only ship to the Continental United States.  We do not ship internationally.

TRACKING AN ORDER:   We will email you the tracking information when the item is shipped.  You can email us at to inquire about your shipment.


  • We Do Not Accept Returns without prior authorization
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.
  • Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns will result in a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
  • Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please forward a photograph of your damaged goods, including the box with a full description of the issue to
  • Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.


Failure to follow these instructions could result in a fire hazard or personal injury.  Keep wick(s) trimmed to 1/4" while using.  Burn candles on a heat resistant surface or suitable holder.  Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time.  Never leave a burning candle unattended or within the reach of children.  Keep away from drafts, including open windows.  Do not move while lit or until wax hardens and is cool.  Use caution when extinguishing.  Keep free from foreign objects, including flammable and/or combustible items.  Discontinue the use of a candle when 3/4" - 1" of wax is left at the bottom.  Country Crossing Gifts & Collectibles, Inc. and its owners are not responsible for accidents and/or mishandling.

Failure to follow these directions could result in unexpected fire hazard or personal injury. Use only in well ventilated low heat potpourri burner without lid. Do not add water. Never heat on stove or electric appliance where temperature would exceed 190 degrees F. Melt enough product to have 1/2 inch of product in pot. Use only in warmers designed for wax tarts. Keep out of the reach of children.  Never leave the warmer unattended.  Hot wax can cause burns.  Do not move hot wax.  Country Crossing Gifts & Collectibles, Inc. and its owners are not responsible for accidents and/or mishandling.
